No-Risk Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered or received, we'll exchange it, credit your account or refund your money.*
Gift Packaging: When sending Visions of Eden gifts to friends, family and clients, we can gift package most products for you and ship them anywhere in the U.S. We'll also include a card with your personal message. Cost is $5.00* per package!

Multiple Ship-to's: For multiple shipping addresses, a separate shipping and handling charge will be assessed based on the product total to each address.

UPS 2nd Day Air orders of in-stock items shipping within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped the following business day and will arrive within 2 business days after being shipped (excludes weekends and holidays).
Some items cannot be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air service.
Oversize Charges Because some large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, we have added a delivery surcharge; this charge is stated in the product's description and is in addition to regular delivery charges.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Everything in our catalog and on our website is unconditionally guaranteed. To return any item, ship it back to us via insured mail or UPS. We will gladly refund the cost of the item. Please fill out the return information on the packing slip and include it in your package. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or new item, please send it to us as requested above and we will pay the freight back to you on the exchange.
